Event Logistics & Service FAQ
Everything you need to know about planning your Central Oregon event with The Vibe Party Rentals. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out!
01
How far in advance should we book our rentals?
To ensure your preferred items are available, we recommend booking 1 to 3 months in advance for peak wedding and graduation seasons. However, we often can accommodate last-minute requests for smaller gatherings based on availability.
02
What specific areas in Central Oregon do you serve?
We proudly serve Bend, Redmond, Sunriver, but if you live in Sisters, La Pine, or Prineville, ask us. Our team can handle delivery, professional setup, and teardown across the region, making your event logistics completely stress-free.
03
Is a deposit required to secure my event date?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve your rentals and secure your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is typically due 14 days prior to your event.
04
Do your lawn games work for indoor events?
Absolutely. Most of our games, like Cornhole, Connect 4, and Giant Jenga, are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. We can provide floor protection pads to ensure your venue's flooring remains pristine.
05
What is your policy on rental pickup and drop-off?
While we offer full-service delivery, customers are welcome to pick up and drop off many of our lawn games and red carpet items at our "local warehouse" to save on delivery fees. Inquire during booking for eligibility.
06
Can we customize the photo booth print overlays?
Yes! Every photo booth rental includes custom branding. We can incorporate your event date, logos, names, or wedding colors into the digital and print overlays to match your specific theme perfectly.
07
Do you provide dedicated attendants for the event?
Our photo booths are designed for easy, self-service operation, but we offer professional on-site attendants for an additional fee if you prefer a 'concierge' experience to assist your guests throughout the night.
08
What happens if an item is damaged during my party?
We understand that accidents happen and will work with you to provide a fair cost to repair or replace damaged or lost items. Ultimately, the client is responsible for repair or replacement costs for any structural damage.
